We, the undersigned, do hereby acknowledge ourselves indebted to his Excellency James ____mes Esquire, Governor, &c.
and his successors in office, in the sum of five hundred pounds. But to be void on condition that there is no lawful cause
to obstruct a marriage between Jeremiah McGlauhon and Nancy Baker for whom a license now issues. Witness our hand
and seals, this 26th day of Jan. Anno Dom. 1805 In presence of Jeremiah McGlauhon (his mark)
