4 Generations of Westlake Photos

The top left photo is of George W. Westlake, Esq.  He was christened Apr 18 1819 in Long Sutton, Somerset, England.  He was the son of George and Mary [Cox] Westlake of Long Sutton, Somerset, England.  George W. Westlake, Esq. married Jane Burt on March 30 1846 in Long Sutton, Somerset, England.  They moved from England to Redford, Redford Twp., Wayne Co., Michigan USA in 1848.  They settled there and appeared on the 1850 US Census.  George and Jane Westlake had 6 children of which only four are believed lived to be adults:  Anthony James, Thomas, Elizabeth James and Edward Gare.  After the death of George's wife Jane, he married Sarah Curren.  George and Sarah had two children:  Burt and Mary Jane.  All of George's children were born most likely in Redford, Redford Twp., Wayne Co., Michigan, USA.
 
The top right photo is a picture of George W. Westlake, Esq.'s four sons.
 
The bottom left photo is of Clarence Westlake.  He was the son of Thomas and grandson of George W. Westlake.
 
The bottom right photo is of the children of Clarence Westlake.
